On January
1, 2002, MACaliber Services was split into three
corporations. The eleven year old computer
consulting and software development house gave way
to a holding company named Bright Ecommerce Inc and two corporations, Macaliber Inc and Bright
Hospitality Inc.
Macaliber
Inc will provide technology services to all Bright
Ecommerce subsidiaries. It will handle
programming and maintenance of all ecommerce
enabled web properties, as well as database and software development, and oversight all computer
hardware and networking projects at the various
company locations. Macaliber will continue to
expand upon its considerable ecommerce enabling and
cyber marketing skill sets. It will also explore
future opportunites with manufacturers who wish to "hit
the ground running" on the web with little or no

Bright
Ecommerce Inc (BEI) will assume full ownership of
all web properties resulting from the efforts of the brain trust at Macaliber Inc. The first
such spinoff was Bright Hospitality Inc
(BHI). BHI will take over the two web properties built by MACaliber
Services, one to resell furniture, the other dedicated to
table linen. These two web properties, Folding

and Wholesale
